Chiropractic care isn't just about pain relief, it's a holistic approach to wellness.

Why a Chiropractor?

The spine is the most important part of our nervous system, it is in constant communication with the brain, controlling every cell, organ, bone, breath and function of our body.

Chiropractors focus on the spine's functionality and movement. When segments of the spine fall out of alignment or get “stuck”, communication between the brain and body can be disrupted. This is why chiropractic care isn't just about pain relief. It's a holistic approach to wellness and prevention, beneficial even if you're not experiencing acute symptoms. It's a pathway to overall well-being, addressing musculoskeletal disorders and promoting natural healing.

With Sarahs treatment she aims to create a plan around your needs and goals helping the body to communicate better and ultimately get you moving again. Offering you long-term functionality and mobility, not just offering a quick, temporary fix

Chiropractic care is at the heart of a healthy life.

What is a Chiropractor treatment?

During your first visit Sarah will take a full medical History and give you a thorough physical examination. This will include neurological, orthopaedic testing and postural analysis. Based on these findings Sarah will then discuss her findings and give you a treatment.

The treatment will consist of adjustment to the joints of your spine and other areas of the body where signs of restrictions in movement are found. Adjustments improves mobility and relieves pain. Poor, inadequate or incorrect function of the joint can cause irritation of the nerves that control your posture and movement. By adjusting the joint, it stimulates the joint movement receptors affecting the way your nervous system works.

At the end of your treatment a treatment plan will be discussed, this may include other practitioners that Sarah may feel could help with you with your condition.
